Before you commit to something this individualized, let’s chat! In this free call we will go over:

  • What working together will look like. Get questions answered, learn about the structure, services offered, pricing, desired outcome etc. 

  • Get to know me! Working one-on-one is very personal. Let’s make sure we are able to connect and see if what I have to offer aligns with your needs.

  • Let me know about you. We can discuss your goals, challenges, past habits, expectations, and concerns so I can create a personalized approach for you. 

At the end of this call you’ll:

With this monthly subscription you’ll get:

  • 3 recipes weekly (typically breakfast, main meal, snack)

  • Bi-weekly wellness tip/guide 

  • 1 monthly group call – answering questions/mini training

Single Nutrition Intensive — $250 1 hour consult

This 1 hour consult allows us to go in-depth on your current health/nutritional status. 

During this session we will discuss:

  • Past and current nutrition habits. Diets you have tried, what you’re currently focusing on, concerns, and goals.

  • Habit analysis. We will walk through your day-to-day and see where we can start to make small changes, what areas need improvement, and what’s working well. We will also discuss daily routine, activity level, and stress levels to understand how they play a role in your nutrition. 

  • Goals and challenges. We’ll review what your specific goals are, discuss what challenges you may face, and prepare for how to face these challenges when they arise. 

  • Plan development. Based on the conversation and your needs, we will work together to create a plan that incorporates dietary changes, possible supplement recommendations, habit creation/stacking, and future support to help you reach your desired result. 

30-minute follow up consultations are available as needed.
