The way I teach clean eating isn’t by forcing diets, cutting out food groups or foods you love. Will there be times you have to say no to things you love? If you are working towards some serious goals, ABSOLUTELY. Does that mean you will have to say “no” always? Absolutely NOT.
It’s about finding balance, understanding yourself, coming home to YOU.
